Application Requirements

Tenant Application Requirements

  • Anyone who will be living in the home who is 18 years or older must apply

  • Application fee is NON-refundable and is processed through a third party

  • Co-signers and/or guarantors will not be accepted

  • Government issued photo ID will be required at the time of application

  • Completed applications that are received will be submitted to the owner of the property. They will make the final decision on approval and/or denial (not on a first come first serve basis)

  • Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing

  • Application process will include, but not limited to: credit check, background check, income verification, and rental history

  • Applicant(s) must make a minimum of three (3) times the monthly rent. Proof of income will be required with most two (2) recent pay stubs, or job acceptance letter. Self-employed applicants will be required to provide most recent tax returns

  • Notification of acceptance or denial will be emailed

  • Upon approved application, applicant(s) will be given 48 hours to sign the lease and pay the security deposit. If this is not completed within that time frame, 360 Property Management LLC and owner, will offer the home to another accepted application

  • Renters Insurance is required. Applicant(s) must show proof of insurance with 360 Property Management LLC listed as additional insured and/or certified holder

  • Please understand that 360 Property Management LLC does not manage all properties that we market. Some owners choose to manage their properties themselves

  • 360 Property Management LLC is the Agent for the landlord (owner)
